Well, Kirk and I got to go to Disneyland all by ourselves, shhhhh, don't tell the kids. JK they knew, or Kylie figured it out when Kirk left some incriminating evidence. We had a blast. I highly recommend going as a couple and then take the kiddie's later. It's not like my kids haven't been, so don't worry too much about them. Here are a couple souviner shots. Enjoy Super MOM!
Awww, wait he's my Prince Charming.

Snow!!
We have gotten quite a bit of rain these past couple of months and that means snow for the higher elevations. Landen just turned 12 and for his first scout overnighter, they went on a snow hike and then had some fun. I had to share these with everyone. So put on your coat and enjoy!

President Hinckley

I know in Heaven there is a great reunion, but the world is at a great loss. I've had many prophets come and go in my short life, but President Hinckley, holds a very special place. I don't know if it's because he was someone you could easily relate to, or because we have been blessed through what Kirk does for a living, to know him and his family on a more personal level. Being that President Hinckley sat on the Board of Directors, he would ask about how Kirk and our family was doing. He was truly concerned about how the changes in corporate were affecting our family. (I know, he would ask that of all the employee's) but we knew very well his children, and did quite a few things with Virginia, and Cathy and Richard. I've loved the stories they would tell us about growing up with a father like President Hinkley. (We even have some of their family pictures they put on Kirk's computer for one of their many speaking engagements we were involved in)
Our hearts go out to his family. Even though he is now back in the arms of his sweetheart, he will be missed by all those he's left behind.

Kirk is 40! Is it really all down hill from here?
We surpised him with a "Wall of Remembrance" Whoa Time Warp.
Kirk had a "Big boy" party including the all important pinata!
Here he is trying to catch his breath in my family's famous balloon game. You tie a balloon around your ankle and try to keep yours from getting popped while everyone else tries to pop yours.
Happy Birthday Captain Kiiiirrrkkk. Happy Birthday to you!

The Latest Thing in Tenney's
Blake, the all around star of the family. Here he is with the directors of the play he was in last year.
Landen is another matter however. Is he a skater, basketball player, or a 12 year old boy? I believe it's the later.
This is Kylie. Wow she has really grown up. Driving in 6 months. Ahhhhh.
See what Kirk's gotten me into! This should give you a huge laugh Ang. I think I told you and Melissa Maxwell that I would never get involved in scouts, that's Kirk's area..... Never say never
This is pretty much how you will find Kirk (or me for that matter). Sometimes it's not that great to know the Stake president so well. Kirk and I have been the District Commissioners for the Superstition District Scouts. Lots of hard work, but it's so worth it.
